Our menu reflects the traditional and authentic tuscan cuisine mainly based on home-made pasta, Porcini mashrooms and meat.
The specialty are tuscan liver crostini, the Pecorino cheese shard. Our first course are all home-made prepared with the rolling pin. You have to try the potato filled ravioli, a traditional Casentino dish, and aunt Cesarina’s gnocchi with nettle and huzelnuts. In the menu there are also meat, cold cuts and tuscan cheeses in order to satisfy every taste.
We have a very wide choice of dessert. Roberta take care personally of their preparation. You can find the typical Cantucci buscuits with almonds served with Vinsanto, a creamy panna cotta with almond and pine nuts, a crumble crostata with lemon custard a pine nuts and many other tasty desserts.
We are AIC (Italian Association for celiacs) member. We prepare home-made potato tortelli, ravioli and tagliatelle gluten free. You can find also bread and pizza. Everything is prepared by our cooks.
The wine list is very selected. We mainly have tuscan winery but we do also have illustriouse wine label from all around Italy.

We offer a rich choice for English or continental breaksfast in order to satisfy every taste and preferences. The buffet includes a selection of cakes (apple pie, crostata with jam…) and biscuits directly from La Torricella bakery, not to mention toasted bread, sendwiches, cheese, eggs and cold cuts. Omelette on request.
